    3. Appointments & Cancellations

    • Scheduling: Appointments can be booked online via our scheduling link. Confirmations are sent via email and/or SMS.
    • Cancellations: Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance. Repeated no-shows or last-minute cancellations may result in service restrictions.
    • On-Site Assessments: Require access to the property and pool area. You are responsible for ensuring safe access for our team.

    4. Free Consultations

    Our Free Pool Consultation Assessment is provided at no charge and is intended to evaluate your pool's condition, systems, and equipment. The consultation does not constitute a binding service agreement or guarantee of specific outcomes. Paid service proposals will be provided separately following the assessment.

    5. Payments & Estimates

    • Paid services require a written estimate or proposal agreed upon by both parties prior to work commencing
    • Payment terms will be outlined in individual service agreements or invoices
    • We reserve the right to require a deposit before beginning work
    • Prices are subject to change based on scope, materials, and site conditions

    6. Communications Consent

    By providing your phone number or email address, you consent to receive communications from Apex Finishing Group including:

    • Appointment confirmations and reminders
    • Service updates and follow-ups
    • Marketing and promotional messages (where applicable)
